Learning and development are essential to the long-term success of Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and Royal Fleet Auxiliary personnel, both during and after service life.

Education goes beyond qualifications; it underpins confident decision-making, resilient leadership, and the ability to thrive in complex, evolving environments.

Education goes beyond qualifications; it underpins confident decision-making, resilient leadership, and the ability to thrive in complex, evolving environments.

We proudly support the Royal Navy’s commitment to lifelong development by investing in the academic ambitions of its people.

By enabling access to higher education, we help to strengthen operational capability today and equip personnel with the knowledge, skills, and recognised qualifications to support their careers and ease their transition into civilian life.

Our bursaries empower individuals to take charge of their professional growth, broaden their horizons, and unlock opportunities beyond the classroom.
