The team
Greenwich Hospital, based near Fleet Street in London, is run by a small and agile team, made up of a group of diverse and talented people, working to support the people of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and Royal Fleet Auxiliary and their families.
The work of our team encompasses the management of our property portfolio and financial investments, and our grant making and other charitable activity alongside the vital accompanying administration, communications, governance, and finance work.

Our offer
We offer staff a competitive benefits package, including generous annual leave and hybrid working.
However, what makes Greenwich Hospital a special place to work is harder to define. Serving in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary is not just a job; it is a way of life. Working for Greenwich Hospital offers opportunities to gain real insight into what this means.
Whilst Greenwich Hospital is first and foremost a grant-making organisation, the diversity of our work, including the funding we provide to organisations supporting the Royal Navy community, our sheltered housing, investments and heritage, means no two days are ever the same.
Working for us
Greenwich Hospital is a great place to work. Our focus on effective grant making and supporting serving and former serving Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and Royal Fleet Auxiliary personnel and their families drives everything we do.
